Location

Sainte-Maxime, an elegant and family-oriented destination, offers a very special climate with sunshine 300 days per year and an average winter temperature of between 12 and 19° C. With 11 kilometers of Mediterranean coastline, Sainte-Maxime is an authentic Provence village with its old houses with tiled roofs, typical markets filled with local products, shopping streets and shaded avenues. You can venture into the Maures Mountains overlooking the Gulf of St. Tropez for beautiful hikes. In this charming environment you and your children can also enjoy numerous activities and entertainment programs. Sainte-Maxime is alive with traditional festivals and major events throughout the year. During the summer there are no less than 40 performances and free concerts which you can enjoy every night!

Interior
This charming villa, situated in a quiet flowered park with a beautiful view, can accommodate up to 6 persons and has a total area of 130m². There is a living room with air-conditioning, a large sofa for 3 persons, 2 armchairs, a library, silverware, TV, DVD player and VCR. We also have a WiFi connection. There are three bedrooms, one with a loggia with a bed (160x200) and bathroom (with bathtub and shower), the second with a bed (140x200) and bathroom with shower, and the third with a bed (140X200) and also adjacent to a shower room. There are 3 toilets and a laundry room. Linen, including sheets, towels and tea towels, are not provided (you do have the option to rent them).
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven grill, food processor, pressure cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, etc. The garden is fully-enclosed and surrounded by oleander. There is a beautiful swimming pool of 8mx4m, shady pergolas, terraces, a teak table and chairs, garden furniture, sun beds, chairs and barbecue.
There's more on our private residence, for example a petanque field, 5 tennis courts - all for free.

You are sure to enjoy its exceptional animation and great dynamism! Culture, discoveries, sports and leisurely excursions are musts in Sainte-Maxime.
The sea offers an exceptional stretch of water: the Gulf of St. Tropez and the harbor of Ste Maxime from where you can depart for the islands of Porquerolles and Lerins, ideal for those who like boat trips. Jet-skiing, water-skiing, scuba diving, motor boating and yachts of all sizes are among the many ways to appreciate the beauty of the landscape, while the beaches are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Night activities (casino, cinemas, discotheques, lounge/bars and variety shows in the summer) will delight revelers. Children will find plenty of entertainment in the playgrounds of the parks. There are a lot of sports activities possible as well. Get your "Multisport" card or sign up in a club to enjoy water sports or you can pursue a range of outdoor sports in places like the skate park, swimming pool, BMX track, bowling alley, tennis courts, golf course, horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking trails or head offshore and enjoy water-skiing, scuba diving, rowing, jet-skiing...
