The kitchen and the living room both have access to the 9m² terrace looking over avenue Albert 1er. From the terrace, you are able to see the picturesque views of the sea with the Riviera palm trees.

Parking is not included, therefor we suggest looking online and possible using Q Park (the prices vary on the dates).
