A vegetable garden offers you herbs and tomatoes bursting with flavor. The 11m x 5m swimming pool is secured by alarm and sunny all day. Long chairs allow you to sunbathe or laze. Under the terrace protected from the sun by a wisteria-covered pergola, or under that to the east of the house, or under the shade of large trees, tables or garden furniture set up in different places welcome you for meals , reading, or tasting the rosé wines that you bought next door. A pétanque field awaits sportsmen at pastis time! In the house, a living room with large fireplace and HD TV with satellite, a dining room opening onto the courtyard to the west, a kitchen with everything you need. 4 bedrooms divided into 2 wings, each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine and freezer, water treatment system with softener and reverse osmosis unit. Portal at the entrance of the property. Cars can park indoors. Table, bed and bathroom linen provided. Internet and WiFi. 4 hours of weekly cleaning included as well as maintenance of the garden and swimming pool.
