Positive: The location is very nice and the pool is perfect for children (not very deep and very clean and warm water). What impressed me was the cleaning and for this a give a 10+ for the cleaning lady. 😊 The beds are confortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the dishwasher is a plus. The apartment we stayed is hudge and very well divided. Overall we had a very pleasent stay at Lemene and I recommend it if you are in the area and want to stay in a quiet location and feel the Italian spirit. We met the owner in one of the days and is a very nice lady. The property has its own history and is a very nice one.

Negative: The location is quite isolated and if there no other guests accomodated in the night it can be a little bit strange to be alone in the building. 😃 There is no receptionist and the owners are not staying there, so there are only turists chosing to stay at Lemene. There are not any other facilities for kids besides the pool, which can be a minus, especially if there are no other kids at the property. The location is not in Caorle, is a 15 minutes drive out of the city and you definitely need a car for everything since in the vecinity there is no shop or market. It woul be good if some cleaning products (bath and kitchen) would be available. We had to buy garbage bags and shower shampoo and this might not be a problem, but we arrived late in the evening and we had no option to buy in that night.
