Summary: Very helpful staff. Arranged trips for us and couldn't have been more helpful. The thermal pool was divine. Good continental breakfast. All round lovely location and great place to stay. Highly recommend. Other tips not related to hotel was the overpricing of the taxi drivers. Not consistent and very expensive indeed! Charged 30 euros for a short drive to the port which was around a mile away. Plus between 15 and 20 euros to go less than 2 miles to other places.
