Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is ideal. Close to everything (Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, metro nearby). There was a lot of restaurants, caffes, markets, shops around. You can easily walk to all major sites in the city centre. Apartment is well maintained and equipped with all necessities one may need. Sofabed can easily accommodate two grownup people. Plenty of storage room in a separate walkthrough room/hallway. Allowed to leave luggage in before the check-in time.

Negative: No lift and getting to the apartment via narrow staircase (81 steps) is not for everyone. Wouldn't recommend it to tall/big people. Main double bed is located in a narrow walkthrough room which one need to go through to the toilet. It's also very difficult to get in and out of the double bed as the clearing space to each side is tiny. Toilet slide door is not closing properly and the sink is fairly small.
