Positive: The main advantage of the house is its location - a 5-minute quiet walk along a forest path to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. It's not very clear from the description, but you are renting the middle part of a wider house. The good news is that the neighbor on one side is completely quietly and the family on the other side is also quite quiet. In addition, your part of the house is quite intelligently separated by bushes, so you have a good feeling of privacy. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom plus toilet and the other two have a shared bathroom and toilet. For our family, it was an absolutely optimal arrangement, the kitchen is connected to a smaller living room - again, it suited us quite well. It's great that you have your own reserved parking space under the roof on the plot behind the gate, which is a real advantage on hot days. Each bedroom and kitchen has its own air conditioning - four in total - and all worked well - it just takes a little technical skill to work with the remote controls. I have to especially praise the approach of the management company Estay - the lady contacts you discreetly regularly via WhatsApp, asks if everything is okay and, if necessary, they solved everything the same day to our satisfaction.

Negative: So yes - the kitchen furniture really is not the latest and definitely needs replacing. On the other hand, I go on vacation to enjoy the beautiful beaches and not to to all days sit or cook in the kitchen.
