The Marche region is still an insider tip and will surprise you with its nature, culture and gastronomy. Also worth seeing are all the small towns in the near vicinity such as Saltara (3 km), Mondavia (20 km) and the romantic Cartoceto (2 km) itself, which can also be easily reached on a footpath from the house.
