INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Casa Nivy is accessed via a traditional stone staircase leading to the main entrance. The interiors are simple, bright and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
The living area includes a luminous lounge with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, and sofa. From here, you can access the beautiful covered veranda, furnished with a table and benches — the perfect spot for breakfasta relaxing aperitivo with a direct view of Tavolara.
The sleeping area overlooks the peaceful inner courtyard and includes two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower is available for guests. The apartment also features a washing machine and seasonal Wi-Fi (available from 1 July).
OUTDOOR SPACES
Casa Nivy offers two private terraces: the first is a covered veranda with a panoramic view of Tavolara Island, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation the second, located at the back of the property, is more private and equipped with a barbecue area — ideal for dinners under the stars.
