Positive: We found the apartment was exactly like it was described, and even exceeded our expectation. It is very spacious, has been very well renovated, has been tastefully but also practically furnished, and the location is excellent, being only a few mins walk from the Bastione. The via S. Giovanni is restricted access, so there is very little traffic, and the area is very picturesque and generally quiet. What we really appreciated also was the helpfulness of the host, Lorenzo, who gave us detailed instructions including little videos on how to check in, retrieve the keys, find the right door etc. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and the host was kind enough to provide plenty of supplies (eg. snacks, breakfast stuff) to get us started, with even the fridge stocked with some beers, sparkling wine, water and juices - I was not expecting that. Toiletries were provided, including even tooth brushing kits in case you forgot, a bit like having hotel comforts. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagliari, and a large part of that was down to the apartment. I would happily stay here again as my first choice.

Negative: Nothing to mention that we didn't like, and I can't really think of any improvement suggestion.

Summary: Wonderful apartment, with exceptionally helpful host in a great location, perfect to enjoy Cagliari
