The Charming Australis Tower is located in the well-known Australis Tower, very close to the Fuente de la Mora station. This luxury urbanization has all the services to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable.
The apartment is exterior and very bright thanks to its large windows and has private parking in the same building. We find a bedroom with a double bed equipped with a premium mattress, a large wardrobe and a desk to work.
The living room has a comfortable Italian sofa bed, smart TV with access to entertainment content and direct access to a small balcony. Both the living room and the bedroom have views of the towers of Madrid.
The kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Also, all kinds of utensils.
The urbanization is very exclusive, you can find a pool with hydromassage and solarium on the 24th floor with panoramic views of the entire city of Madrid. Amazing! If what you want is to play paddle tennis, this is also your place, thanks to its 2 courts with night lighting.
