Summary: I visited this place with my kids, 8 and 13, for three days. The buildings and grounds are rough and not well maintained, and the breakfast was chaotic, but the room was comfortable and the pool area is nice. It is a great atmosphere for families. The staff were truly excellent. Special note about Eleonora who checked us in and solved an ant problem in our room immediately, and Giorgia who personally insisted on nursing my son's injury. The DJ and pool-area staff were equally pleasant, good humored and kind.
