Every single house enjoys a unique and panoramic view that sweeps along the coast road that leads from San Gregorio to the beautiful beaches of Torre Vado. The various terraced cottages have their own access and each of them enjoys privacy and confidentiality because they are independent and fenced, the only shared space is the parking (3 parking spaces) divided from the houses and guarded by a gate. Cottage n.2 (for 4/5 people) has a beautiful porch overlooking the sea where you can eat comfortably while enjoying the colors of the sea and be able to relax and sunbathe surrounded by nature. Inside there is a lovely air-conditioned living room with a single sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two comfortable double bedrooms; finally a bathroom complete with services. The villa is surrounded by a charming garden terrace overlooking the sea furnished with armchairs, stone sofa, colonnades, outdoor shower and barbecue. The garden largely dominates the view over the bay of S. Gregorio. Mosquito nets available. Pets accepted on request. Extra cost to pay directly on arrival.
