Beautiful apartment completely rehabilitated and renovated with one bedroom and one bathroom, located in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from the Plaza Mayor.
Upon entering the apartment we access a spacious living room with a double sofa-bed (135x180 cm), TV, side table and an armchair. Right next to the living room is the kitchen, open to the living room and with all the necessary utensils for day to day. It also has a dining area with a table and chairs with capacity for 4 people. This area is very bright thanks to 3 balconies that face the outside and surround the kitchen and living room.
From the living room we can access the bedroom, which has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. This room is also very bright as it has a balcony to the outside. Next to the bedroom we find the complete bathroom with shower.
The area of the apartment is perfect for getting around the city on foot or by public transport, as it is a very accessible area.
