There is a large shaded loggia furnished for outdoor meals with stonework barbecue. Wifi, air conditioning, satellite TV and parking. Perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The property boasts a large (15,000 sq. m.) park, with natural grass, where guests will find the rectangular pool, with Roman stairs and purified with chlorine, measuring 7 metres by 14 with a depth of 1.25-1.45 metres. Externally paved, the pool is complete with beach umbrellas, sun beds, an outdoor shower and two wooden pergolas for relaxing in the shade. There is a practical outbuilding in front of the pool, with a small bathroom, sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing or reading. There are also children's games in the park: a ping pong table, table football and a swing. Parking within the property.
