Lovely detached villa of 100 m2 in the countryside in a secluded setting 10 minutes from the sea and shops.
The swimming pool is private to the accommodation and is not shared, I should point this out as I am always asked the question.
2 bicycles for adults - available to holidaymakers.
The villa is located on a hectare of family land, along with two other adjoining units, but they are set far apart from each other, without disturbing or disturbing promiscuity. Everything is designed and arranged so as not to disturb us, and to respect everyone's privacy.
Absolute peace and quiet at last. You'll be disconnected in this peaceful setting surrounded by olive trees, including a thousand-year-old one in front of the terrace. No more noise, no more daily stress.
The villa has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room opening onto a kitchen and large bay windows letting in the light and nature. The kitchen is very bright. A cooling rack is available, but you'll need to keep the windows closed.
We have television, DVDs and a playstation.
It's a single-storey house that can accommodate people with disabilities. Our doors are wide (80cm). A wheelchair will fit everywhere.
The property has a private swimming pool with an electric roller shutter.
To respect the environment, we use organic detergents with no chemical products or perfumes, which are toxic for the environment.
We also ask residents to sort their garbage by separating plastic, cardboard and glass and depositing them in the containers provided. Thank you very much.
Arrivals are requested from 5 p.m. in order to clean the accommodation in good condition and to air it sufficiently.
The estate is looked after by Gaspard, an adorable beauceron who is used to children and receiving people on the property. He is well-behaved and will never enter the villa.
