Spoleto is only two kilometres away, has a very ancient history and is one of the main tourist centres of the'Umbria, per l'importance of its archaeological, early medieval and Renaissance monuments.There are two houses to rent.La Ginestra has an independent entrance from a second access road to the property. The living/dining room, with its kitchen built into a large brick arch, overlooks the terrace/garden. A corridor leads to the bedrooms, one twin and one double with en-suite bathroom with shower.The second bathroom is complete with bath .
