I have decorated it for you! My apartment is recently renovated, it is located in a quiet and residential area, very close to the financial center of the city and a few minutes from the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, it is spacious and very cosy. It has three double bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a dining area, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a toilet. We are sure that at home you will spend moments that you will always remember.
Distribution and equipment
Located in one of the nerve centers of the capital, with excellent communications to and from any part of the city. Next to Paseo de la Castellana, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and in the heart of Madrid's gastronomic area, is this elegant and spacious apartment.
The house has three rooms decorated in bright colors so that each awakening is a morning rainbow. Each room has 1.50m double beds, prepared with fresh white linen. Don't worry about space, the built-in wardrobes and safes give you enough space for a comfortable stay.
Between mustard, blue and white tones, I have decorated the dining room with sunflowers, in this you will find a comfortable sofa that, upon request, can also be extended as a bed. I assure you that after a day of walking through the wonderful streets of Madrid, you can get to the house, lie down on it and enjoy a good read, or television.
The dining room has a table with capacity for six people. The kitchen is not huge, but it is very functional, with all the necessary elements to cook during your stay (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, extractor hood, kitchen utensils). I assure you that you will feel at home when you are here!
It has a complete bathroom and a toilet, the bathroom closest to the rooms with a shower tray and the toilet closest to the dining room. Both decorated in shades of gray and white. We do provide fluffy white towels!
We open our doors until 23h at night with prior notice, but after 19h we need to apply additional charges. Please review and read the house rules.
The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to your stay.
Services and common areas
Tenants have full access to the house. Feel at my house as if it were yours! It is essential that we be respectful of our neighbors.

Confirm that you will not have parties in the apartment. It is a quiet building and parties are not appropriate with a good coexistence of neighbors.
We welcome our tenants. We help you to get to know Madrid and how to get around, in addition, we are at your disposal throughout your stay.
You must present your ID at check-in. It is required by law to register all guests with the local police. I hope this is not an inconvenience. Remember to send the signed contract before your arrival.

Its excellent location, a few minutes from the Tetuán and Cuzco metro stops, a few minutes from Paseo de la Castellana, 15 minutes from Barajas Airport and IFEMA, very close to Plaza de Castilla and Chamartín Station. A few streets from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, makes this apartment the ideal starting point for any leisure or business itinerary. In 10 minutes you have direct access to the heart of the historic center of the city, such as Puerta del Sol.
