Furnished with taste and elegance, Villa Delia is located in the beautiful village of Fasano del Garda, a town on the renowned Gardone Riviera.
Its elevated position allows you to enjoy a priceless lake view, in maximum privacy and away from traffic noise.
This property, equipped with every comfort to make our guests feel "at home", is divided over three floors;
The ground floor has an entrance hall, bathroom with shower, closet / pantry, classic style kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, large freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer and oven microwave. To complete the living area, a cozy and elegant living room with a living room equipped for 6 people, with TV-SAT.
In the living room, you can find everything you need even for a baby (high chair and various games).
The sleeping area, on the first floor, has three bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms, all with direct access to the lake-view balcony equipped with sofas and armchairs, where you can share your last cigarette before the night's rest.
The master bedroom enjoys an enviable lake view and has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom.
To service the other rooms our guests can take advantage of another bathroom with JACUZZI shower / whirlpool tub.
A large laundry room with washer and dryer is also available.
Villa Delia is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden with olive trees and flowers of all kinds and colors; for those who love nature it will seem to be in a beautiful botanical garden.
All rooms are air conditioned to make your stay pleasant, despite the summer heat. If requested, the guest will pay the fixed quote of €100 by cash at the check in (payments with credit cards have an increase of 2% for bank commissions). After the payment the check in assistant will give the remotes for AC and the instructions for the use.
There is also wifi internet.
Bed linen and towels are made available to guests.
The cost for final cleaning is 280 euros to be paid in cash on arrival together with the tourist tax.
Outside, you will find a beautiful swimming pool with diving board; moreover, for our guests we have set up a patio with table and chairs, barbecue area, children's games and solarium area with sun beds, with the aim of creating a magical and, at the same time, family atmosphere.
Villa Delia, completely fenced, has the entrance in common with the guests of the nearby villa; this does not harm privacy, which is guaranteed and respected.
For those who love walking, three of the most beautiful beaches of Gardone Riviera are a stone's throw away (Villa delle Rose beach, Porto di Fasano beach, Casino beach).
For lovers of traditional Italian cuisine, 300 meters from Villa Delia you can delight in starred restaurants.
The time for the check in is between 4pm to 7pm: if you are going to arrive later you must aware us and pay an extra of €35 for the service.
