Negative: they contacted me four days before check-in to ask for my preferred check-in time. I told them it was still early and I would let them know later. Then, what I consider a reasonable time — 24 hours before — I messaged and said 15:00. They replied saying they were busy and could only do 17:00. I reminded them that Booking says check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00, and they said yes, any time in that range is possible. So I’m warning future guests: they choose your check-in time within that 15:00–20:00 window. You could be told 20:00, and still be fully charged — not because you wanted it, but because they picked it. The shower keeps switching between very hot and very cold — back and forth constantly. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything. Wi-Fi wasn’t working when I arrived — I had to reset the modem myself to get it working. I usually never leave bad reviews — you can see from my other comments. The only good thing was the person who came for check-in: really kind and helpful, and tried to assist with the modem. The location is also good. That’s why I’m giving 5
