Modern vacation home on the northwest coast of Sardinia on a hill sloping down to the sea 150 m away. From the house a small path leads directly to the water. The accommodation is located in the middle of a residential complex with gatekeeper and security. Wonderful view of the bay with its cliffs and small sandy beaches. On the open and covered terraces you can spend many vacation hours. Access to the house via 1.4 km gravel road. Simple, cozy furnishings. In the residential complex 500 m away there is a restaurant, bar, tobacconist, kiosk, emergency doctor and a small supermarket. In the small harbor (6 km away) you will find boat rental, sailing and surfing school. Rental period of at least 2 weeks. On request the single beds can be prepared as a double bed. Arrival after 8 pm on request and payment.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
