This apartment is totally independent and is composed by the very spacious Master Bedroom (40 smq) with a charming Four-poster bed and view on our vineyard, has a luxurious en-suite Master bathroom in marble, with double sink and large walk-in shower. Then climbing on the top floor you will be welcomed by the luminous panoramic Living room, where by each windows opens a vast panorama of vineyard and rolling hills as eye can see. The living room is equipped by a dining area and an essential kitchenette (stove, fridge, oven), fitted for a dinamic vacation discovering the renowned cities and hilltowns of Sputhern Tuscany. Lastly on the same floor the cozy double bedroom with private bathroom and terrace with view on Trasimeno Lake.
The guests have the access to the panoramic heated pool, shared with the apartment on the ground floor of the villa. At guest's disposal the Laundry-room with washing machine, the vegetable garden and free Wi-Fi by the pool.
