The apartment has been restored and is very cozy and confortable and located at the first floor make it with easy access for suitcase.
The interior style has been refined. It has a large kitchen, and the stove is located on a 700’s fireplace.
Remodeling made any space functional suitable for long or short stays.
The Bedroom is a loft and is composed by a queen size bed and a sofa making 3 beds equipped with all the applainces required in a standard house (see service).

Via Santa Maria is a Via Romana’s side street and leads from a medioeval gate walls (other side of Arno river) up to Piazza Pitti.
Located in the Florence's historic center is only two steps away from Piazza Pitti, Piazza Santo Spirito and Boboli Garden and ten minutes walking form (Ponte Vecchio) Old Bridge.
The whole old town is connected with bus approximately until 1.30 am.
PARKING
To visit Florence historic center we suggest to use Bus, Scooter, Bicycle or Cab.
The closest Public parking is located in Piazza della Calza five minutes walking from the house and it costs 20 Euro per day (Florence parking), other 5 Euro are necessary to enter by car in the historical center (Free of charge Sunday). We made an agreement with a parking around (Garage Fosi), with price that start from 20 up to 33 Euro per day (depending on the car's size) with an addition of only 1 Euro to have historical center access from there.
