Positive: Very spacious, great location, friendly staff. The appartment has this gorgeous ceiling. Natural light is is a little limited but there is enough if you open up fully to the balcony.

Negative: I experienced some communication difficulties possibly worsened by my lack of Italian.The electrics are a bit iffy: one socket was hanging out the wall, another crackled when I tried to open a cupboard door which pushes directly into it (?!) no easy way to plug in the bedside lights in master bedroom... Some other small points, but all fixable fairly easily. Table cloth provided had large hole, but table was good quality. No Biggie. There is a crazy bidet just.a few inches from the toilet which makes it difficult to sit comfortably on the toilet.

Summary: Good place, great location, a few fixable quirks.
