The minimal clean décor has been carefully chosen allowing the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. The open plan kitchen connected to the dining room and living room makes it ideal for cooking and relaxation. After the entrance hall, you will find a full bathroom complete with shower. Further down to the right you will come to the second bedroom which consists of two individual beds. This bedroom has a small balcony that overlooks the plaza below filled with outdoor cafes and restaurants. Next, you will come to the modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen features a 4-ring ceramic hob, a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and all the other modern necessities you may need. The adjacent dining room has a dining table for 4 to 6 people.
The living room, with its two balconies with views of the plaza below and the Plaza de España, is very luminous and inviting. The living room has a three-seat sofa and a matching armchair. The master bedroom consists of a queen sized bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
