Positive: Everything, very good apartment, clean with a good location, recommended for families.

Negative: There is no parking around the area, difficult to find one, even so, you gonna get a find, I couldn't stop in front of the door to download the baggage or to take them. They found also something broken in the kitchen which I don't remember, and I didn't know about it, you can't even recognise it, very small, and I don't think it is my fault, it was already like that, they didn't return my deposit which was 300 euro, too much.
