Summary: I stayed in the Classic Apartment with my husband and daughter. We did not have great communication with the hotel staff. We needed check in details that we received AFTER we had already checked in, even though we had asked for them early that morning. Parking was available...for a cost. Nowhere on the website was it mentioned that parking was extra. The parking garage was very difficult to maneuver. Check in was definitely rushed. Once we got to our apartment, we were disappointed that there wasn't an actual bedroom, just one big room divided by a wardrobe. No real privacy. The apartment wasn't super clean and did not have all of the cookware we needed to make simple meals. We were also disappointed that the actual key was required (only one given at check in) in order to power the unit. My husband wanted to stay back at the apartment while my daughter and I went out. We came back to him sitting in the dark. It wasn't a terrible place, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
