The villa is part of a residential complex, immersed in an oasis of greenery and tranquility. It is built in natural stone and yellow tuff, which gives the whole complex a characteristic tone of beauty and originality. Inside the residence there are two condominium swimming pools, free for guests, open in the period from 1 July to 15 September. From the residence there is direct private access to the beaches. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi Fi in all rooms.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, going up a flight of stairs, there are two bedrooms: 1 double with terrace and private bathroom and a bedroom with two single bunk beds. Upon request it is possible to add a folding bed in one of the bedrooms. There are also two baby cots and two high chairs. Around the villa there is a large outdoor terrace, ideal for children to play, with umbrellas and a shaded patio for outdoor lunches and dinners. The villa includes a large garden with typical Mediterranean plants and a reserved parking space in front of the villa.
Cefalù is 5 km away, the nearest super markets are two km away, you need a car to reach the markets and the town center.
