- An amazing living room with wide openings, including a large bay-window to access the balcony. This room is furnished with a sofa (topped by bunch of pillows), a flat-screen TV, a standing dining area for 4 people, and an open-floor kitchen well equipped with all you will need during your stay.

- A huge bedroom with a queen size bed, a large closet, a book case (books included) and another access to the balcony.

- A full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and toilets.

- The balcony, with partial view of the sea (yes, it's worth mentioning).

Some highlights and pluses:

- Dual heating/cooling system.
- High-speed wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
- Neighborhood shops within 3 to 4 minutes on foot.
- Shopping center 15 minutes away on foot.
- Peace and quiet area.
- Free street parking around the neighborhood.

- House linen is provided (bed sheets, bath towels, bath rug, kitchen towels).
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).

After a short stroll on the boulevard Montfleury, you will be able to:

- Enjoy the "village" ambiance of the Montfleury neighborhood while doing your daily shopping, like the locals, in the cute boutiques: bakery, wine store, florist, pharmacy, grocery store.

- Go a little further to the city center via the Rue d’Antibes (5 minutes on foot)

- Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats (or better yet, have a cocktail at the Long Beach and watch people), Less than 10 minutes away

- Go take a selfie (don't worry, everyone does it) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (15 minutes on foot)

- Use your imagination while walking around the city center but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets. (Timing is up to you, and your legs).

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
