Negative: The booking process was complicated. First they couldn't put the charge through to our credit card, so we went and booked different accommodation, then they tell us they DID charge our card. Conflicting information. We asked for a refund but of course they quoted their 'non refund policy' despite the debacle. Ripped off.

Summary: I don't recommend this place.
