Positive: Very nice property and amazing view from balcony on the beach and sand dunes. 15 minutes walking to the beach. No noises at night. Two new A/C units (which are absolutely necessary during July/August), so there is not anymore problem with inside temperature (like in reviews from last year)

Negative: These are not disadvantages of the property, but the area itself: small grocery store that is not very well stocked. Tap water not recommended for direct drinking (for cooking OK).
