Comfortable 30 mq studio apartment that can accommodate two people. Located on the ground floor (accessible by a step at the entrance) of a renovated period building in the streets of Trastevere, in the heart of Rome. It is possible to park on the street, the ZTL work from 6:30 AM to 10 AM.
The apartment consists on single floor with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a living area with a sofa bed that becomes a sleeping area.
The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with table with two chairs, sofa bed (140x190 cm), a wardrobe, split A/C and American kitchen.
- American KITCHEN with 4-burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, combined microwave oven, kettle and moka.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, heat pump heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, grating at the front door, hairdryer.
The apartment is located in the center of the nightlife of Trastevere, the bohemian district of Rome where there are many trattorias and restaurants that maintain the cuisine of the Roman tradition. There are also bars and pubs that fill up with young people in the evening, especially around Piazza Callisto and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.
The location is strategic to visit the capital even on foot, immersing yourself in the true Roman spirit.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the Leonardo Express service. From the station it is possible to take bus 64 to the "via Torre Argentina" stop to reach the apartment on foot in 12 minutes.
-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station thanks to the shuttle bus services. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by taxi in 20 minutes.
-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taxi in 20 minutes or by taking bus 64 getting off at the "via Torre Argentina" stop to reach the apartment on foot in 12 minutes.
If you are traveling by car,it is possible to park, for a fee (blue stripes), in the surrounding streets or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walking from the property. The ZTL work from 6:30 AM to 10 AM.
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in
City tax must be payed cash upon arrival: 3,5€/guest per night of stay
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance)
