The independent entrance leads from the quiet, small, traffic-free Piazza Padella (Pfannenplatz) to the stylishly renovated three-story house (95 m²).
The vaulted room on the ground floor offers pleasant cooling even on hot summer days; here is a small library, minibar, sitting area, toilet and a stone sink.
The stairs lead up to the bright salotto with an open fireplace, dining area, kitchenette, sofa bed (French. Bed) and view of the bright Piazza.
A wonderful view over the roofs of the old town to Lake Bracciano is offered from the balcony on the top floor: a living room (2 - 4 beds and a baby bed available) with bathroom.
Typical restaurants, pizzerias, wine / beer bars, cafes, shops are around the corner; the castle worth seeing can be reached in 3 minutes, the train station with good connections (50 minutes) to Rome in 10 minutes on foot; a footpath leads down to the lake with a sandy beach and beach restaurants / cafés in about 15 minutes.

The 95 sq meter house on three floors has been completely restored in its ancient style. The independent entrance from the lovely quiet pedestrian Piazza Padella (pans square) leads to an entrance hall with a vaulted ceiling, equipped with a little library, minibar, seats, toilet and an original stone sink which offers a cool respite from the hot summer sun ,
Two windows looking to the little square on the second floor illuminate the living room which has a fireplace, dinette, cooking nook and a double sofa bed.
On the third floor is the bedroom (2-4 sleeping accommodation, baby bed available) with a bathroom and balcony with a stunning view over the roofs of the ancient houses to the lake.
Very nearby you will find characteristic restaurants, pizzerias, wine / barbars, cafés and shops. Wandering through the tiny cobblestoned streets of the ancient medieval town you will reach in 3 min the remarkable castle or in 10 min the train station with trains leaving for Rome (in ca 50 min) or Viterbo every 30 min. A 15 min walk will take you down to the lovely sand beach on the lake with some beach restaurants and bars.

Al primo piano due finestre si affacciano sulla piazzetta ed illuminano lo spazio salotto con camino, zona pranzo, angolo cottura e un divano (letto).
Al secondo piano camera da letto (2-4- posti letto, baby letto disponibile) con balcone con una splendida vista del Lago e sui tetti delle vecchie case.
Passeggiando tra le stradine ed i vicoli dell & acute; antico borgo, raggiungete in 3 min il castello, che merita d & acute; esser visitato. Nelle vicinanze trovate ristoranti, osterie con prodotti tipici della regione, pizzerie e bar caratteristici. Per mercato e supermercati non camminate più di 5 min e in meno di 10 min siete alla stazione ferroviaria con collegamenti per Roma (approx. 50 min) o Viterbo ogni mezz & acute; ora. Un sentiero pedonale conduce in 15 min all the spiaggia del lago con ristoranti e bar.

Il y a un sentier qui amène au bord du lac avec une plage du sable et des plage-restaurants / bars dans 15 min à pied.
