THE LIVING ROOM has been furnished with comfortable, high-end furniture, paying close attention to the smallest detail. Here you'll find a fireplace, a sofa, two armchairs, a television, and a dining table for four people. The room is fitted with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.
THE KITCHEN contains everything you need. It's fitted with a four-hob gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a dish washer. Access to the kitchen is from the living room.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, shower cubicle, bidet, and hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM is adjacent to the second bedroom and is fitted with a sink, WC, shower cubicle, bidet, and hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.

Villa Le Palme is located in Sant'Agnello, a town close to Sorrento. It's surrounded by sumptious nature and is just 100 metres from the sea.
The villa is just a kilometre away from Sorrento, and just a 10-minute walk from the villa you'll find the train station. From here you can travel to Sorrento or to the historical and cultural sites of Pompei, Herculaneum, and Naples. From Sorrento it's also possible to take the SITA bus to the gorgeous Amalfi coast and, once there, a further bus to Ravello.
The closest restaurant is only 100 metres away and about 500 metres away is a shop for general food shopping.
Conditions
Important things to know
- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 250,00 Euros. The Damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Heating not included. Will be charged on site in cash in base of consumption.
- Air conditioning not included. Will be charged on site in cash in base on consumption.
- Daily cleaning not included and will be charged 130,00 Euros per week of use to be paid on site in cash. The cleaning will be provided 2 hours a day, 2 days per week.
- Final cleaning: 120,00 Euros to be paid on site in cash.
- Parking: 70,00 Euros per week.
