Summary: A little house with approximately 18 m2 inner space. The bed of 140 cm width can only be entered from the foot side and is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. There is no possibility to store accessoires next to the bed like a book, mobile phone or others. Ventilation is nearly impossible because only one of the 3 windows can be opened up to 10 cm. Main door height about 180 cm. Sink in the bathroom is fixed too low. Entrance of shower cabin too narrow. Big people risk to hit their head against the top. Chairs at the dining table and the armchairs are very uncomfortable. No couch. Ridiculous dishwasher.Rolling gravel on the outer space, unprofessionally applied: plastic film can be seen in a lot of places and it is very difficult to walk on. Access to the terrace is hindered by this gravel. The terrace itself is not even, and also covered by rolling gravel. Risk of falling down with one of the chairs. The heating of the jaccuzzi is running all the time . Vibe of a construction site on many sights. Not suitable for elderly and tall persons. Price could be adjusted because of all these unpleasantries.The heated swimming pool and the big garden around are very pleasant. The landscape is very agricultural and invites to a walk or bike ride. For shopping or visits to restaurants one must drive several kilometers. Most of the time it is very silent except for the beautiful birds’ songs.The landlords are very kind and cooperative.
