The main house features three en-suite bedrooms, stone floors, exposed beams, and two working fireplaces, along with spacious living, sitting, and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen.
A separate annex houses a fourth en-suite bedroom that can be arranged as a twin or double, offering flexibility for families or groups. Outdoor living is central to the experience, with classic Italian terraces, shaded pergolas, alfresco dining areas, and a 12m x 6m swimming pool overlooking the countryside.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full and private access to the entire villa, including the gardens, swimming pool, terraces, and annex. Daily housekeeping is provided for approximately three hours per day, six days a week (excluding Sundays).
