Cette authentique maison des Vendangeurs saura vous séduire par son calme et sa proximité avec le centre du village. Elle dispose de 2 chambres, salle de séjour et cuisine. À l'extérieur, une terrasse avec barbecue et une piscine privée réservée au gîte. Votre véhicule garé dans la cour commune, vous pourrez aller à pied dans le vieux village, 300 m (pain, tabac, boucherie, coiffure, pharmacie...) ou profiter des terrasses ombragées des cafés et restaurants sur 'la promenade' ou la place du village. Farniente et bronzage à la piscine ou à la plage (24 km) ou ballades autour du village (voie verte). L'Espagne est à 1h30, Carcassonne à 1 h et le canal du midi à 5 min. Tout a été pensé pour votre confort et votre bien-être, alors venez profiter de nos 300 jours de soleil par an !
À noter : La piscine est totalement privée, mais peut être occupée ponctuellement par les propriétaires uniquement lorsque les locataires sont absents. Nous laissons bien évidemment la priorité aux locataires quand ils sont présents. Néanmoins, si vous souhaitez une exclusivité totale, cette option peut vous être proposée.
Il est à noter également que l'accès de la piscine reste sous la surveillance du locataire pendant son séjour et qu'il lui est demandé de veiller à ce que la tranquillité du voisinage ne soit pas troublée, notamment durant l'heure de la sieste. Nous sommes dans le Sud et ... la sieste est sacrée 😉). Suite à des plaintes de voisinage pour nuisances sonores à la piscine, nous sommes au regret de ne plus pouvoir accepter d'enfants de moins de 12 ans.
Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes) est inclus dans le prix.
Le forfait obligatoire "nettoyage fin de séjour" est à 63 euros. Possibilité de ménage en cours de séjour.
