Cosy and old house on the outskirts of a small town (about 40 inhabitants), nestled between beautiful mountain slopes. The typical Umbrian house was built about 250 years ago, has thick stone walls and an old fireplace, as you previously used it for smoking sausages etc. This winter, the house was almost completely restored: new gas central heating, new bathrooms and all new kitchen, with the atmosphere of the original farmhouse has been completely preserved. Floor: large living / dining room with satellite-TV, stereo and DVD, double sofa bed, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, gas cooker, electric grill, coffee maker, and a fireplace room with old fireplace, partially covered patio and fenced yard. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor (on the mezzanine floor WC) ,: Studio and 2 bedrooms, one with access to the large bathroom and the other with exit to the second large terrace (with stairs to the garden).
