Positive: Efficiently run and arranged with care and taste. Comfortable spacious room with extra bed on mezzanine. Friendly helpful host. The whole place is beautifully kept and we felt very comfortable staying there. This was a great base day tripping to Venice. Good breakfast, and nearby supermarket for provisions.

Negative: Nothing - all great
