Summary: Lovely friendly and helpful host. Two gorgeous dogs at the guest house. It is a 10 minute walk to/from Milan central station where you can then travel to the main Milan sites. We arrived early and Flavia invited us in, gave us our room key and stored our luggage until the room was ready. The premises was exceptionally clean. Don't be put off by the bland front (we walked straight past it initially). Once in the door it is lovely. We had a great breakfast - fruit bowl, cereals, toast, pastries, orange juice and tea/coffee. I have nothing negative to say. Excellent value!!
