The villa is just a walk away from the beach (450 m) and sits on the edge of the Vendicari nature reserve, where you will find a mixture of lagoons, sand dunes, sandy beaches and rocky coastlines. The small fishing village of Marzamemi and the roman villa of Tellaro are nearby and the charming baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa-Ibla are within easy driving distance.
The 300 square meter villa develops over 3 levels and is divided into 3 apartments.
On the ground floor you will find a living room (with comfortable seating and a fireplace), a dining room (with tables and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers) and a bathroom (with shower).
